关于权限的说明：

所有空间按照功能分为部门空间、公共空间、内部空间

  • 部门空间以部门名称命名，用于向部门内部人员分享文档，仅部门内部人员可以查看/添加/编辑/删除；
  • 内部空间用于向公司内部所有人分享文档，仅注册人员可以查看/添加/编辑/删除；
  • 公共空间用于向所有人分享，所有人可以查看，仅注册人员可以添加/编辑；

Note on space permissions:

All spaces are categorized into departmental, public and internal spaces according to their functions.

  • Departmental space is named after the name of the department and is used to share documents with internal staff of the department, only internal staff of the department can view/add/edit/delete;
  • Internal space is used to share documents to everyone within the company, only registered personnel can view/add/edit/delete;
  • Public space is used to share documents to everyone, which can be viewed by everyone and added/edited by registered personnel only;
